To keep your bracelets looking their best, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. We recommend removing them before swimming or showering to preserve the finish of the beads and charms.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom 'Word of the Year' bracelets and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I register my bracelet's unique code?
Every bracelet comes with a unique tag. Visit our website and click 'Register Your Word' to join our community, track your bracelet's journey, and pass it on when you're ready.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Are your bracelets adjustable or available in different sizes?
Our standard elastic bracelets are approximately 6.25-7 inches. We also offer 'Small' and 'Large' size options for select styles to ensure a comfortable fit for everyone.
