At Little Words Project®, we want you to love your bracelets as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please note that personalized custom bracelets and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific bracelets you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason for each selection.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely package your items in their original Little Words Project® pouches.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your new word choice.
